Agri- business operations not producing primary products may qualify under the Business Program criteria. To qualify under the program applicants must meet the following requirements: have a minimum verifiable personal net worth of CDN$3. Have a minimum of three (3) years of farm ownership experience, or three (3) years farm management background. Manitobaâs current primary farm production industry.
